What is Fit-Factor?

Fit-Factor is a software program that captures and measures joint range of motion.  Fit-Factor provides practitioners the ability to validate therapy or treatment success through objective, reproducible range of motion screenings.

According to “The Practical Guide to Range of Motion Assessment” published by the American Medical Association, range of motion measurements provide valuable information about physical function.  However the use of these measurements has been limited due to criticism about limited reproducibility.  In addition, the measurement of compound and complex joint motions can be extremely difficult.
